I had mixed feelings about my stay at Liberta Hotel Kemang. The location is awesome, surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes, but the room I received was pretty run-down and noisy. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views, especially at sunset, and the staff were generally helpful and friendly, though some facilities could use an upgrade.
